Westmed Inc. provides fully automated custom molding services in Tucson, Arizona and labor intensive molding and/or added value molding cells in Nogales, Sonora, Mexico. Both facilities are ISO 9001 certified, ISO 13485 certified, and USA FDA registered facilities. Molding production in Tucson provides closed loop capability to eliminate material waste, complete process validation, electronic shop coded monitoring, and full machine cell automation. Complete tool support, tooling PM programs, and tooling fabrication are part of the infrastructure at both facilities.
